Представители печатной прессы и фотожурналисты, а также их технические сотрудники, вспомогательный персонал и персонал неуправомоченных теле- и радиокомпаний получают аккредитации на Игры под общим кодом Е. Выдача аккредитаций категории Е производится в соответствии с правилами Олимпийской хартии, положениями Контракта о городе-организаторе и правилами, установленными Техническим руководством МОК по СМИ.
